You can make a reservation in the Hotel "Rostov" on the web site — the official site of the hotel. Your application will be submitted and confirmed by our reservation agent. Please read the following information carefully.

If you apply on- line, it means that you accept our reservation rules. If you agree, click "Agree" at the bottom of this page. The application form will come out in a new window.

  • Filling in the form
    • For your application to be submitted, you should fill in the form correctly: your first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address (for confirmation letter to be sent), room category, arrival and departure time. If you need transfer or other services, please mention it in the comments.
    • The application is not considered if you specified the wrong e-mail address.
    • All the information will remain confidential and won't be given to another person without your agreement.
    • The booked room is being reserved over a period of 5 hours starting from the time mentioned in your application.In case the exact arrival time is not named, your room reservation is being cancelled at 6 p.m.
      In the event of your being late on account of unforeseen circumstances, please, get in touch with a receptionist and let him know the reason of your delay. Tel.: (863) 2-907-666.
    • If you wish to cancel your room reservation, you must inform receptionist either by e-mail or by fax as follows: 1) groups consisting of 20 or more persons  - not less than 72 hours before checking in; 2) individuals and groups consisting of less than 20 persons – 24 hours before checking in (not more!).
    • If you make an early time room reservation (starting from 00.00 – 08 a.m.) – you will have to pay +50% of the room price.
    • In case of not arriving of persons mentioned in your application as well as breaking the terms of cancellation of the application, you will have to pay a fine – 100% of the room price reserved.
  • Confirmation of the reservation
    • Processing and confirmation of your application is NOT an automatic procedure.
    • We will consider your application during a day and you will get the confirmation letter on your e-mail address.
  • Payment.
    • The payment is realized according to the rates at the moment of the arrival.
